• Your heads are cleaned in a hotwash, they are not serviced. You need to choose the CNC Heads option for that.
• Brand-new pistons, piston rings, and precision machining (CNC boring, CNC surfacing, and sunnen honing)

• Fresh oil and filters
• New coolant
• GM-approved run-in oil for a seamless break-in period

You can save $2500 if you have the engine removed and brought to us or freighted. Then collect or freight the engine once it is ready to be installed.Each component and service in this package is carefully selected to deliver exceptional results.We can also install a performance cam and dual springs for an extra $650. We have a range of camshafts available that can drastically change performance.

We also offer an enhanced service package for those looking to maximize convenience and save time. For an additional $800, this package includes:

• Running in your engine on the Prohub Dyno, ensuring everything operates smoothly before you hit the road
• Replacing the run-in oil with premium synthetic oil for superior performance and longevity
• A professional dyno tune to optimize your engine’s power and efficiency

This upgraded service eliminates the need to perform a run-in procedure yourself. Instead, our team handles everything using a proven process that guarantees outstanding results.

Understanding the Risk of Valve Seat Drops

Engines with higher mileage, especially 6L or 6.2L variants that have surpassed 150,000 km, are at risk of valve seat drops. This issue often occurs in engines that have been exposed to overheating. A valve seat drop can seriously damage your engine block, leading to expensive repairs or a complete replacement.To prevent this problem, we strongly recommend upgrading to CNC Ported Rectangular Port Heads with new intake valve seats. These are $2500 exchange or $3000 if you dont have good core heads. These new heads are affordable and of exceptional quality, providing a reliable solution to a potentially catastrophic issue.

Some engines require sleeving

This is because their bores are very worn beyondg tolerances for being bored oversized or the factory cylinders are not centered (core shift) and the block cant be rebored. We install special sleeves which make the cylinders better than from factory. We use Melling usually.  Many LS3 and LSA require sleeving.
