From early 2023: With our newly established in-house engine machining facility, we now offer rapid engine builds.Our Stroker builds involve rebuilding your 6L or 6.2L Alloy block, both stroked to 427ci. These builds are perfect for both manual and automatic cars. Our goal is to achieve the highest power possible within your budget. We will optimize for 98 octane fuel and use a lower compression ratio for a boosted build.

Engine removal and reinstall $2000

The Process includes

• Engine disassembly is the first step in the process.
• After that, the engine parts undergo hot wash cleaning to remove dirt and oil.
• Next, surfacing is done to ensure flat surfaces.
• Sleeving is then performed on all cylinders.
• CNC boring is used for precise cylinder resizing.
• Sunnen Torque Plate honing follows, which includes a profilometer assessment for accuracy.
• Stroker clearancing is done to allow for larger stroke lengths.
• Finally, the engine is assembled and reinstalled into the vehicle.
