The TVS™ supercharger can operate with high thermal efficiency, reaching up to 76 percent. It works well across a broad range of conditions. The higher helix angle of the rotors, along with redesigned inlet and outlet ports, improves air handling. This enhancement occurs without increasing the overall size of the unit.

The traditional transfer shaft found in earlier Harrop supercharger kits has been removed. This change makes the FDFI supercharger system quieter. However, this change does not affect the system’s performance. The inlet area has been enlarged compared to earlier HTV series superchargers.
